The Tarang Kala (Kala = art) brings creativity and individuality onto the water. Built on the same strong, lightweight fiberglass hull as our Tarang base model, this edition adds hand-crafted artwork and custom finishes that transform each canoe into a unique piece.
The colors are made with PU paints, which keep the canoe safe from the sun and protect it from scratches. This means your canoe will look bright and last long, even with regular use. Strong like the base Tarang model but more colorful, Tarang Kala is made for families, resorts, and anyone who wants a canoe that is both useful and beautiful.

The Tarang Shakti brings power and convenience to our classic canoe design. Built on the same strong, lightweight fiberglass hull as the Tarang, it is fitted with a flat stern transom that can carry a small outboard motor. This makes it easy to travel longer distances, explore rivers and lakes with less effort, and enjoy a smoother ride even when carrying extra gear.
Stable and safe, Tarang Shakti is designed for two adults plus gear, making it perfect for fishing trips, family outings, or use at camps and resorts. This paddle is made from strong mango wood and shaped in a classic canoe style. It is smooth to hold and well balanced, making it easy to paddle for both short and long trips.
To protect it from water, the paddle is coated with a layer of clear epoxy. This keeps the wood safe, adds shine, and makes the paddle last longer while showing the natural beauty of the wood.

The Tarang Vayu is a canoe designed to make sailing simple and fun. Built on the same stable fiberglass hull as the Tarang, it carries a single triangular mainsail that is easy to set up and handle. Light, safe, and versatile, it can be paddled, sailed, or even fitted with a small motor, making it one of the most flexible canoes in our range.
This canoe is perfect for anyone taking their first steps into sailing. Easy to control and forgiving to learn on, it is also a fantastic option for sailing schools, resorts, and camps that want to introduce people to wind and water in a safe, enjoyable way. How we work
At Kuse Boatworks, every canoe begins with CAD design and precision-cut molds, ensuring accuracy and consistency. From there, we hand-lay fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), building each canoe layer by layer for strength and durability.
Once the hull is formed, our team finishes it by hand — sanding, polishing, and fitting wooden details like paddles and seats. The result is a canoe that combines modern engineering with traditional craftsmanship, designed and built proudly in India for years of adventure.
